Project managers, contractors, engineers and architects, developers and construction companies, institutional clients and accessibility consultants. The project manager runs everything and invites contractors, clients and architects — each sees only what their role permits.
How does YGApp take a project from estimate to handover?
Import the estimate: your bill of quantities comes into the project, organized by chapter. Choose the winning contractor, and the agreement is built from the estimate with the contractor's discount or markup. Track execution through handover: actual quantities, bills, and additions and deductions, fully transparent to the client.
What is One?
The built-in AI assistant: it helps you manage the project — reports, tasks and timeline — prepares field checklists, works with voice commands.
How does YGApp help with site reports?
You fill in a daily/weekly field log (date, work done, floor, weather, headcount, safety, photos) and it becomes an organized report, shareable as a read-only public link.
Is YGApp suitable for accessibility projects?
Yes — accessibility is a built-in project type, drawing on YGA's experience in accessibility consulting.
