Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of YGApp, a project management service provided by YGA Architecture & Engineering Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription and Billing

YGApp is offered as a single monthly subscription. Subscription terms and financial commitment:

YGApp Professional — $90 per month per license

  • Full license to all system capabilities
  • A monthly subscription that renews automatically every month
  • Charged today, renews monthly automatically
  • Payment is charged in advance for each billing month
  • All version updates and new features are included at no extra cost
  • Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD)

Coupons (YGA AI Workshops):

  • A coupon code provided at a YGA AI workshop grants 6 months of full use at no charge.
  • Your credit card details are securely stored at sign-up.
  • When the 6 free months end, the standard monthly charge of $90 per month begins automatically.
  • The date of your next charge is shown to you during sign-up and in the confirmation email you receive.
  • Cancelling during the coupon period fully stops any future billing — you will not be charged at all.

Important Terms:

  • The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
  • Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days prior notice.
  • All payments are in US Dollars (USD).

Fair Use Policy

The subscription includes every capability, for normal professional use by one person:

  • Plan reading by ONE: up to 15 A1-size (or equivalent) sheets per month per license. An A0 sheet counts as 2; A3 and A4 sheets count as half.
  • Asking again about a plan already read in the same month is not counted.
  • Above the quota the service keeps working; a short notice is shown, and we may contact you to adjust usage.
  • Automated use, sharing one license between several people, or use far beyond normal professional use is not allowed.

Cancellation and Termination

Our cancellation policy:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings — with no penalty and no cancellation fee.
  • Access to the Service is retained until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • Cancelling during the coupon period (the 6 free months) fully stops future billing — no payment will be taken.
  • No refund is given for a partial billing period that has already been paid.

Consumer Rights under Israeli Law

The subscription is a "ongoing transaction" as defined in the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Accordingly, you have the following rights:

  • The right to cancel the transaction at any time, by notice to the Company, without penalty.
  • Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of your notice (one business day for online cancellation).
  • Accepted cancellation methods: through the account settings in the app, by email to admin@yg4u.co.il, or by phone at 03-6398580.
  • After cancellation, no further charges will be made for periods after the cancellation takes effect.
  • Nothing herein derogates from any additional rights granted to you by law.

Data Ownership

Data rights and intellectual property:

  • All project data you enter belongs to you in full and remains your property.
  • You can export all of your data at any time.
  • Data will be deleted upon your request.
  • We do not use your data for purposes other than providing the service.
  • The system and technology are the property of YGA; you may not copy, replicate, or reverse engineer the system.

User Responsibilities

Your obligations as a user:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Do not share account with unauthorized users
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Do not use the service for illegal purposes
  • Do not upload offensive or harmful content

Limitation of Liability

Our liability limitations:

  • Service provided "as is" without express or implied warranty
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to force majeure
  • User responsible for backing up their data

Service Availability

Our availability commitment:

  • Target 99.5% annual uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance with 48 hours notice
  • No guarantee of continuous uninterrupted availability
  • Daily automatic backups

Modifications to Terms

Our right to update terms:

  • 30 days notice for material changes
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms
  • Price changes require explicit consent

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Legal framework:

  • These terms governed by laws of the State of Israel
  • Exclusive jurisdiction in Israeli courts
  • This agreement constitutes entire agreement between parties
